Abstract

An elastic piece 27a is formed, which engages with the lock sleeve 45 and holds a state wherein the lock piece 45b is separated from the recessed portion 46b of the bracket when the lock piece 45b of the lock sleeve is separated from the recessed portion 46a of the bracket 27.
