In-mold antenna and method for manufacturing the sam. The in-mold antenna was composed with plasic housing, which was part of electronic applicance.The pattern of antenna was made by printing or sputtering of conductive metal material on polymer substrate, which will be transfered during the injection molding process. The manufacturing process of was divided into two steps; Step 1: The polymer film with in-mold-antenna pattern was feeded in the injection mold and thermal-plastic resin waheated and injected into the mold; Step 2: in-mold antenna pattern of metal material wsa transfered to the surface of the molded resin to accomplished the injection molding process.
