Abstract

The present invention provides an optical distance-measuring device capable of decreasing the deformation after assembly, comprising an optical module, a flexible locking piece, a circuit board, and a casing. The locking piece is connected to one side of the optical module. The circuit board is fixed to the locking piece and suspended at another side of the optical module. The casing is used for the accommodation of the optical module and the circuit board and is fixed to the locking piece so as to position the optical module and the circuit board. Thus, through the absorption of most of the deformation during the assembling process by the locking piece, the measuring precision of the optical distance-measuring device can be increased.
