Abstract

The recovering mechanism includes a recovering seat, the handle units have an engaging section that links and acts with the recovering seat, the manual control mechanism includes a manual control member having an engaging control section, characterized in: the engaging section of the manual units and the engaging control section of the manual control member are provided on a sheathing hole of the recovering seat coaxially, the sheathing hole has an engaging area that links and acts with the engaging section and a rotation area used to let the engaging control section freely rotate. So without interfering each other, the manual control member and the handle units are provided coaxially to reduce the volume after installation.
