Abstract

The objective of the present invention is to provide a complex foil equipped with a high tensile force after heating treatment at high temperature, and suitable for use as a collector of a thin nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. Of the metal foil with carrier foil composed of a metal foil, a junction interface layer and a carrier foil for manufacturing a collector of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery with the metal foil and the carrier foil in a state laminated with an interposition of the junction interface layer, the metal foil is of a hard nickel layer or a nickel alloy layer, with a total thickness of 10 μm or less.
