Abstract
Present invention provides a catalyst for olefin polymerization comprising catalyst component contains a magnesium, a titanium, a halogen atom, and an electron donor compound, an organoaluminum compound of the formula R1pAlQ3-p, and an aminosilane compound of the formula (R2NH)2Si(OR3)2 and /or an am inosilane compound of the formula (R4NH)R5Si(OR6)2 and a method for polymerizing olefins using the catalyst. By using the catalyst and the method a high catalyst activity and an excellent hydrogen response can be shown, and a polymer having a high stereo regularity can be obtained in a high yield.
