Abstract

The present invention is related to a kind of touch-control type hand-writing communication apparatus for people with hearing handicap. The invention includes a phone set, a microprocessor, a touch-control panel, a display and an indication light of incoming-call. The phone set contains a host set, handset and pressing keys. The microprocessor is connected to the phone machine, the touch-control panel, the display and the indication light of incoming-call, respectively. When there is an incoming call, the microprocessor can drive and turn on the indication light of incoming-call such that the hearing-handicap people is able to use the touch-control panel to connect the phone call after viewing the light. In the communication method, the voice of the incoming call is converted by the microprocessor into characters shown on the display. After that, the user uses touch-control panel to write down the replied contents that are also shown on the display. Thus, real-time two-way communication can be reached.
