Abstract
The present invention relates to the light-receiving or light-emitting module sheet with a plurality of ball devices arranged in a matrix. The object of the present invention is to provide a light-receiving or light-emitting module sheet composed solely by qualified ball devices to enhance the optoelectronic conversion efficiency. The light-receiving module (1) according to the present invention comprises a plurality of ball-like solar cell devices (2) arranged in a matrix, the mesh-like members (3), and the sealing members (4); wherein, each solar cell device (2) has a spherical pn junction (13), and two electrodes connected to the pn junction (13), and the positive and negative electrodes (14, 15) formed in opposite at the positions for holding the center of solar cell device (2); the mesh-like members (3) have a plurality of conductive wires (20, 21) in parallel configured as electrically connecting in parallel to the plurality of solar cell devices (2); and, the insulating tension wires (22) knitted as a mesh for fixing the plurality of conductive wires (20, 21) and configured vertical to the plurality of conductive wires (20, 21) and between rows of solar cell devices(2).
