Wherein the reflective mask is a bowl-like body having parabolic plane, which is assembled by the same number of mirrors as that of the LED chips, and, each mirror is uniformly distributed around its center namely the axial line of the reflective mask, with the axial line of parabolic plane of each mirror parallel to the axial line of the reflective mask, and, each LED chip corresponds to a mirror, and is located at the focal point of the parabolic plane mirror, and forms 0~85 DEG angle with the axial line of the reflective mask.
