TARIFNAME ARAÇ SORGU SISTEMI VE YÖNTEMI Teknik Alan Bulus, ikinci el araç alim/satim hizmeti veren firma kullanicilarinin Sigorta Bilgi ve Gözetim Merkezi (SBM) ile entegrasyon yaparak web servis araciligiyla, bireysel kullanicilarin ise internet erisimi ve web tarayicisi olan tüm cihazlar üzerinden web sitesi veya mobil uygulama araciligiyla ikinci el motorlu araçlara ait Sigorta Bilgi ve Gözetim Merkezi'nde (SBM) kayitli araç hasar, araç detay, degisen parça ve kaskosuz dönem bilgileri, sahiplik degisim sayisi bilgilerine tek bir rapor üzerinden ulasmasini saglayan araç sorgu sistemi ve yöntemi ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumu Günümüzde ikinci el motorlu araçlarin alimi esnasinda araçlarin marka, model, km bilgisi ve varsa hasar bilgileri ile degeri tayin edilmektedir. Buna bagli olarak araçlarin geçmis dönemde kazaya karisip karismadiginin, karistiysa herhangi bir agir hasari olup olmadiginin ya da araçta parça degisimi yapilip yapilmadiginin tespiti, alicilarin maddi kayiplara ugramamasi açisindan önem arz etmektedir. Mevcut teknikte ikinci el motorlu araç alimi esnasinda, araçlarin kullanim durumlari hakkinda araç sahibinin verecegi bilgilerin hatali veya eksik olmasi ihtimali, alicilar tarafindan belirsizlik yaratmakta ve buna bagli olarak aracin deger tespiti için araci kurumlardan destek alinmaktadir. Ancak bu tespit ile aracin sadece belirli bilgilerine ulasilmakta ve bu da araç hakkinda sonradan tespit edilen olumsuz durumlar nedeniyle alicilarin magduriyet yasamasina sebebiyet vermektedir. Öte yandan mevcut uygulamalarda, hasar sorgu, kaskosuz dönem, degisen parça ve araç detay sorgu için ayri ayri sorgulama yapilmasi ve ayri ayri rapor alinmasi söz konusudur. Bu nedenle teknigin bilinen durumunda ikinci el motorlu araçlarin detayli tüm bilgilerine tek bir islemle, tek bir rapor üzerinden ulasilmasini saglayan bir sistem ve yönteme ihtiyaç dogmustur. Bulusun amaci, anlasmali firma ve bireysel olmak üzere kullanicilarin ikinci el araçlara iliskin hasar geçmisi verilerine daha etkin, hizli ve bütünlesik sekilde erisimini saglamaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, ikinci el araçlara ait hasar geçmisi, hasar sorgulama, kaskosuz dönem sorgusu, degisen parça sorgu ve araç detay sorgu gibi birden fazla veri setinin tekil bir rapor altinda konsolide edilmesini saglamaktir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, anlasmali firmalarin ve bireysel olmak üzere tüm kullanicilarin kullanici deneyimini iyilestirilerek islem sürelerinin minimize edilmesini ve veriye erisim süreçlerinin optimize edilmesini saglamaktir. Araç sorgu sistemi (211), araç sasi veya plaka bilgileri ile araç marka ve model detay, trafige çikis tarihi, parça ve araç degisim bilgileri, kaskosuz dönem bilgileri, sahiplik bilgileri, tamirat anindaki kilometre bilgisi sorgusu bilgilerinin tamamini birlikte içeren bir araç sorgu raporu (30) olusturulmasini saglamaktadir. Böylece kullanicilarin (10) sorguladiklari aracin daha önce herhangi bir kazaya karisip karismadigi, karistiysa kaza tarihi, kazanin nedeni ve toplam hasar tutari, aracin geçmiste degisen parçalari, parçalarin orijinal olup olmadigi, parçanin kaç adet oldugu, kaza tarihi, tamirat anindaki kilometre bilgisi, toplam degisen parça tutari, toplam isçilik tutari, aracin marka ve modeli, hangi illerde tescilinin oldugu, kasko bilgileri, trafige çikis tarihi, plaka degisimi olup olmadigi, araç türündeki degisim listesi, son sahip bilgisi ve süre bilgisini, aracin trafige çikis tarihi ve trafige çikis tarihinden bugüne kadar kasko yaptirilmayan dönem bilgileri olmak üzere tüm bilgileri tekil bir belgede ögrenmesi mümkün kilinmistir. Araç sorgu sistemi (211) tarafindan olusturulan araç sorgu raporu (30) üzerinde, Sigorta Bilgi ve Gözetim Merkezi (20) tarafindan olusturulan bir karekod (31) bulunmaktadir. In current technology, the possibility of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the vehicle owner regarding the vehicle's condition during the purchase of a used motor vehicle creates uncertainty for buyers, leading them to seek assistance from intermediary institutions for vehicle valuation. However, this valuation only provides access to certain information about the vehicle, which can cause buyers to suffer losses due to subsequently discovered negative issues. Furthermore, current practices require separate inquiries and reports for damage history, periods without insurance, replaced parts, and vehicle details. Therefore, in the current state of the art, there is a need for a system and method that allows access to all detailed information about used motor vehicles through a single operation and a single report. Consequently, the existence of the above-mentioned problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions have made it necessary to develop a system in the relevant technical field. The Purpose of the Invention The present invention is related to a vehicle inquiry system and method that eliminates the disadvantages mentioned above and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field. The main purpose of the invention is to enable users of companies providing used vehicle buying/selling services to access information about used motor vehicles registered with the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (SBM) via web service by integrating with the SBM, and individual users to access information about used motor vehicles via website or mobile application from any device with internet access and a web browser, through a single report, including vehicle damage, vehicle details, replaced parts, uninsured period information, and number of ownership changes. The invention aims to provide users, both contracted companies and individuals, with more efficient, faster, and integrated access to damage history data for used vehicles. Another objective is to consolidate multiple datasets, such as damage history, damage inquiry, uninsured period inquiry, replaced parts inquiry, and vehicle details inquiry, into a single report. A further objective is to improve the user experience for all users, both contracted companies and individuals, by minimizing transaction times and optimizing data access processes. Finally, the invention includes a QR code on the report containing all information about the used vehicle, allowing verification of the document from the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (SBM) systems and enabling users to check the document's validity using this QR code, thus ensuring document reliability. Another aim of the invention is to allow users to easily verify the document using the QR code on the report and complete the process digitally. To fulfill all the purposes stated above and those that can be derived from the detailed explanation, the invention is a vehicle inquiry system that includes the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (SBM), which collects and stores relevant insurance data of motor vehicles registered with insurance companies where motor vehicle insurance transactions are carried out in a database. Individual users can access the vehicle inquiry website or mobile application via any device with internet access and a web browser, and in exchange for the inquiry right they purchase, they can perform a query through the vehicle inquiry website or mobile application. Similarly, companies providing used vehicle buying/selling services can integrate with the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center (SBM) and perform a query through the vehicle inquiry web service using vehicle chassis or license plate information.
