Abstract

Buluş, kozmetik ve medikal vb. alanlarda yer alan ürün kompozisyonlarında antibakteriyel, antiviral ve antifungal ajan olarak kullanılmak üzere, yüksek stabilitede ve toksik etki barındırmayan bir gümüş nanoparçacık ve bunun hızlı ve çevreci bir şekilde sentezlenmesi için bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Buluşa konu gümüş nanoparçacık; gümüş tuzu, redüktan özellikli hidrojen peroksit (H2O2) ve stabilizatör olarak sıcak su dışında asit vb. herhangi bir kimyasal kullanılmadan hazırlanmış denatüre olmuş ve su içerisinde çözünebilen protein ekstraktı içermektedir.The invention relates to a silver nanoparticle of high stability and non-toxicity, intended for use as an antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal agent in cosmetic and medical product compositions, and a method for its rapid and environmentally friendly synthesis. The silver nanoparticle in question contains silver salt, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) with reducing properties, and a denatured and water-soluble protein extract prepared without the use of any chemicals other than hot water as a stabilizer.
