Description
Bulus 7 farkli bitki özünün karisimini içermektedir; bunlar Kaplan Otu özü (Centella Asiati'ca), kirmizi pancar kökü (Beta Vulgari's), cadi findigi yapragi (Hamameli's Virginiana), okka gülü (Rosa x Centi'foli'a), ayni sefa (Calendula Oßi'ci'nali's), papatya (Chamomi'lla Recuti'ta), zerdeçal (Curcuma Longa),dir. Son yillarda, dogal antioksidanlar, güvenilir olmasi ve istenmeyen yan etkileri olmamasi nedeniyle sentetik antioksidanlara kiyasla daha fazla tercih edilir duruma gelmislerdir. Antioksidan özellik gösteren birçok bitki ve baharat labiatae familyasina aittir. Labiatae familyasina ait cinsler özellikle terpenik bilesikleri (mono-, di-, triterpenler) flavonoid, fenolik asitleri içermesi nedeniyle önemli fizyolojik aktivitelere (antioksidan ve antimikrobiyal) sahip bitkileri içermektedir. Bu tarz bitkiler, bunlarla sinirli olmamak kosuluyla, biberiye (Rosmari'nus oßi'ci'nali's), lavanta (Lavandula hybrida), kekik (Thymus vulgari's), Mercankösk (Origanum majorana), yarpuz (Mentha pulegi'um), nane (Mentha), ada çayi (Salvi'a), feslegen (Oci'mum basili'cum), melisa (Melissa oßi'ci'nali's) ve ballibaba (Lamium), dir. TR TR TR DESCRIPTION POMAD CREAM TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to a pomade-based cream that has a supportive effect on the healing and repair of skin irritated by various environmental factors and its production method. The cream subject to the invention contains natural and organic ingredients. KNOWN STATE OF THE TECHNOLOGY Cosmetic products for hair, skin, face, nails, etc. They are known as preparations that provide cleansing, scenting, appearance changing, protective and sometimes healing and restorative effects depending on the content, suitable for use in various areas such as. Some chemicals contained in cosmetic products can cause various negative effects on human health, and users may be exposed to the negative effects of chemicals without realizing it during the day. These chemicals contained in cosmetic products harm not only the user but also the environment (water, soil, air) and therefore all living creatures living in nature. Recently, consumers' faith in synthetic products has decreased due to side effects rather than benefits, and therefore, the tendency towards natural herbal products has increased. The criteria for choosing the product are that it has clean ingredients, is natural, and that the product used can offer multiple effects together. In order to meet these needs, companies have started to highlight information about the contents of the product in their product advertisements or on their packaging (Does not contain paraben, siles, natural content, herbal, etc.). It is known that all or some of the plants have been used for various skin disorders for centuries. However, based on scientific studies, clinical trials, and review of pharmacological tests, it appears that plants have very large amounts and complex structures of phytochemicals that heal and repair the skin. Biodegradable products, which tend to dissolve and decompose in a system that involves the aerobic or anaerobic breakdown of organic substances by enzymes produced in living organisms, can be dissolved without harming nature. Therefore, the fact that the materials used in cosmetic products are environmentally friendly, recyclable or biodegradable is a reason for preference by both manufacturers and consumers. A biodegradable cosmetic product should not contain microplastics, silicone types and materials ending in "-kon, -konol", "-siloxane" that appear under different names. Centella Asiati'ca plant, which creates miracles in skin care, is most commonly known as Gotu Kola (Tiger Grass). This plant, which has an indispensable place in the content of South Korean cosmetic products, is also used in the health sector due to its therapeutic properties. The Centella Asiati'ca plant has anti-aging properties on the skin, preventing problems such as wrinkles and sagging that occur as a result of aging, ensuring the disappearance of scars after acne and wound healing, showing a healing effect on wounds, being suitable for sensitive skin, and making the skin more sensitive. It has benefits such as calming and repairing the skin barrier. Centella Asiati'ca plant contains active components madecassoside, asiaticoside, asiatic acid and madecasic acid. Madecassoside is a highly purified glycosylated triterpene of Centella Asiati. It is an active ingredient suitable for use in anti-aging, sensitive skin, very dry skin and mature skin applications. Madecassoside activates collagen expression, normalization of hyperproliferation of keratinocytes, global anti-inflammatory properties and a visible effect on excessive desquamation. Cosmetic products used for local application on the skin can be in forms such as cream, ointment, gel, lotion and suspension. Pomades; They are single-phase semi-solid preparations in which the active ingredient is dissolved or dispersed in an oily liquid. Creams, on the other hand, are semi-solid preparations with at least two phases, consisting of an oil phase, a water phase and an emulsifier. Creams are generally water-based products and are used for more superficial skin problems or as daily care products. Pomades, on the other hand, are oil-based and more dense products, and can affect the lower layer of the skin. Since creams consist of water-based substances, their consistency is more viscous and they can be applied more easily. Pomades, on the other hand, have a thicker consistency and a denser oily texture. Therefore, it stays longer than creams and helps it penetrate under the skin. Emulsion, a system that is frequently encountered in cosmetic products, is the name given to SLVl-SLVl mixtures that do not dissolve in each other. The LVL that is less in amount is distributed within the other LVL. Emulsifiers, which are substances with surfactant properties, are used to stabilize emulsions. Surfactants create a more stable structure for a surface by reducing surface tension, thus preventing phase separation and preventing uneven spreading. Emulsions used for pharmaceutical or cosmetic purposes are divided into two classes according to their phases: oil in water (O/S) and water in oil (W/O). Oil-in-water emulsions can be removed by washing with water. The main ingredient of the emulsion is water, and water has more contact with the skin than oil. Some of this water is absorbed by the skin, creating a rapid moisturizing effect. Humectants added to the water to attract more water to the product increase this moisturizing effect. Due to these properties, they are preferred in the production of day creams such as moisturizing creams and under-make-up creams. Since the amount of oil is lower and when the water evaporates on the skin, it leaves a much thinner softening layer on the skin, lighter creams are obtained compared to water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions. It creates a cooling effect on the skin due to the evaporation of water. Water-in-oil emulsions do not mix easily with water and cannot be removed from the skin with water alone. It can be removed by wiping with a cloth or using a degreaser or cleaner. Since the water in their composition evaporates slowly, they create very little coolness. Since the oil content is higher, oil has more contact with the skin than water, therefore they are more lubricating and absorbent, and are thicker and oilier than oil-in-water emulsions. Thanks to these properties, they are mostly used in night creams, massage creams and cleansing creams. It has the effect of reflecting more light and giving shine to the skin. However, these effects are not important since they are used in night creams and creams that stay on the skin for a very short time. Cosmetic emulsions must remain on the skin for a certain period of time in order to leave a moist and soft effect on the skin. Moisturizing creams and night creams are more beneficial than cleansing and massage creams, which have very short-term contact with the skin (Figure 1). In the patent document numbered US 1 0646425, a cosmetic product for the skin containing acetic acid and natural essential oils is mentioned. More specifically, this document describes a topical analgesic for sensitive skin that does not irritate the skin, provides a fast-acting and deeply penetrating topical analgesic, and cross-linked hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, in Chinese application CN112641669A. It mentions a composition containing salt, glycerol-glucoside and madecassoside and the use of this product in the preparation of a cosmetic with skin moisturizing and firming properties. Patent document numbered EP2400943B1 relates to a preparation that can be in the form of a cosmetic or pharmaceutical cream or lotion for application to the skin as an emulsion. This invention also explains that the product formulation is a composition consisting of two separate phases, the oil phase and the water phase, which can be mixed together before use. Another patent EP0923937B1, encountered in the state of the art, mentions a herbal formulation useful as therapeutic and cosmetic applications for the treatment of general skin disorders. The formulation mentioned in this patent was developed for both therapeutic and cosmetic applications. However, although it is defined as herbal, it contains chemical components. As a result, due to the inadequacy of the existing solutions in the known state of the art, in the cosmetic industry, products that repair and heal the irritation on the skin, soothe the skin, protect the skin's moisture barrier, eliminate redness on the skin, fill the lines and crevices on the skin and provide antioxidant effect and all these effects are presented. There is a need for a new, completely natural product that can offer both products together. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, it is aimed to develop a cream, preferably with a pomade structure, that has a natural structure and restorative and healing properties, created by the combination of 7 different plant extracts. The aim of the invention is; It is a natural skin cream with clean ingredients that has the ability to offer multiple positive effects at the same time by using plant varieties that have repairing and healing properties of skin irritation, soothing the skin, protecting the skin's moisture barrier, eliminating redness on the skin, filling the lines and crevices on the skin and providing antioxidant effect. is to produce. Since the cream mentioned in the invention preferably has a pomade (ointment) structure, oily and dense consistency in terms of its content and area of effect, it will be referred to as pomade cream from now on. It is aimed to produce a strong product with completely clean content and providing improvement to the skin, with the cream content of the invention and its production process. What we mean by clean content here is completely organic ingredients, away from chemicals. Similarly, no chemicals are used in the production process of the restorative and healing cream content of the invention. At the same time, the production process of the pomade-based cream content of the invention consists of short-term simple processes, thus providing an advantage for both the production process and the product obtained. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Fig.1: Oil in water (O/W) emulsion A: Oil Phase B: Water Phase C: Emulsifiers DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In this section, the cream and the production method of the invention are discussed in order to better understand the subject, not to be limited to them and not to be limited to them. It is explained with specific examples, provided that it does not create any impact. The invention describes a multi-purpose skin cream and its production method that can be used on the entire surface of the skin and can offer restorative and healing, moisturizing, soothing, redness-relieving, lines and crevices-filling and antioxidant effects. The product mentioned in the invention is described as a product with a pomade (ointment) structure in terms of its content and area of effect, since it has skin repairing, healing and soothing properties, and is a product with a more oily and dense consistency than creams, and is henceforth referred to as a pomade structure cream in the invention. Another aspect of the invention is that the product is prepared with clean ingredients to provide a natural structure. An advantage of the invention is that it consists of many organic components that have various benefits for skin health. Another advantage of the invention is that, as an alternative to other creams offered on the market that are said to have healing and restorative properties, the product content is prepared entirely from natural ingredients and will be created by the integration of various herbs that have been used in alternative medicine for many years. The invention contains a mixture of 7 different plant extracts; These are Tiger Herb extract (Centella Asiati'ca), red beet root (Beta Vulgari's), witch hazel leaf (Hamameli's Virginiana), okka rose (Rosa x Centi'foli'a), calendula (Calendula Oßi'ci'nali's), chamomile (Chamomi'lla Recuti'ta), turmeric (Curcuma Longa). Another point aimed at the invention is to offer multiple effects together with a single product; for example; Madecassoside, which is the glycosylated triterpene of the Centella Asiati'ca (Tiger grass) plant, will be referred to as Madecassoside in the invention, to provide soothing properties, to protect the skin's moisture barrier, to eliminate skin redness, to plump the lines and crevices on the skin, it will be referred to as Madecassoside in the invention, it is used to reduce irritation and has a healing effect. (Calendula Oyýîcinali's) and red beet (Beta Vulgari's) plants, Turmeric (Curcuma Longa), Chamomile (Chamomi'lla Recuti'ta) to protect the moisture level of the skin and to provide antioxidant properties of the product. 0 to provide an astringen (firming, soothing) effect on the skin. Witch hazel leaf (Hamameli's Virginiana) and okka rose (Rosa x Centi'foli'a) were used for the preparation. In order to reduce irritation and benefit from its healing effect, the combination of isopropyl benzyl salicylate and isodecyl salicylate obtained from white willow tree (Salix alba) and cumin (Cumi'num cymi'num) is also used. It consists of long-chain salicylic acid esters that function as a local cutaneous modulator of the skin inflammatory response. Characterized as an anti-lipoperoxidant with keratoplastic (keratin production accelerator) activity, it optimizes epidermal transformation; It improves the appearance of cutis and strengthens the barrier effect of the skin. As a physiological alternative to 0t-hydroxy acids, it also contributes to skin brightness. At the same time, it accompanies a very rapid healing process by preventing the fatty tissue released in wound and burn tissues from being peroxidized. Calendula Oßi'ci'nali's (Calendula) plant, which can be in yellow and orange colors and has benefits for many diseases and skin problems, grows in the Mediterranean countries and the Canary Islands region. Calendula flower; It may be known by different names such as calendula, orange daffodil, goldenrod, marigold, souci and nectar. It has effects such as eliminating the effects of aging on the skin, preventing damage to the skin, preventing acne, providing a moisturizing effect, helping to reduce redness, reducing skin blemishes, and helping to reduce the appearance of bruises and circles around the eyes. Red beet (Beta Vulgari's) is an excellent cosmetic product. It is used to protect the beauty of skin and hair. Beet root has been described as a vegetable that provides incredibly good skin benefits. Beetroot, with its abundant antioxidants and levels of Vitamin C, A and K, detoxifies and cleanses the body, reduces inflammation and prevents premature aging. In recent years, natural antioxidants have become more preferred compared to synthetic antioxidants because they are reliable and do not have undesirable side effects. Many plants and spices with antioxidant properties belong to the labiatae family. The genera belonging to the Labiatae family include plants with important physiological activities (antioxidant and antimicrobial), especially because they contain terpenic compounds (mono-, di-, triterpenes), flavonoids and phenolic acids. Such plants include, but are not limited to, rosemary (Rosmari'nus oßi'ci'nali's), lavender (Lavandula hybrida), thyme (Thymus vulgari's), marjoram (Origanum majorana), pendant (Mentha pulegi'um), mint (Mentha ), sage (Salvi'a), basil (Oci'mum basili'cum), lemon balm (Melissa oßi'ci'nali's) and ballibaba (Lamium). It is known that some plant extracts with antioxidant effects also have a moisturizing effect and reduce or improve skin inflammation. For this reason, plant extracts such as Turmeric (Curcuma Longa) and Chamomile (Chamomi'lla Recuti'ta) were also used in the product content to protect the skin's moisture level and to ensure that the product has antioxidant properties. In the invention, the pomade cream formulation prepared for application to the skin will be prepared in emulsion form. Emulsions are heterogeneous systems with a homogeneous appearance, consisting of two immiscible liquids dispersed within each other. The preferred emulsion system for the pomade cream that is the subject of the invention is oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion. Lighter creams are obtained compared to water-in-oil emulsions because the amount of oil is lower and when the water evaporates on the skin, it leaves a much thinner softening layer on the skin. It creates a cooling effect on the skin due to the evaporation of water. Some of the emulsifiers used in cream formulations can be listed as paraffin, cetearyl alcohol, polysorbate 20 and ceteareth 20, glyceryl stearate, polyglyceryl-3 rice branate, sucrose stearate, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate and behenyl alcohol. Emulsifiers also serve as stabilizing agents, increasing the texture of formulas such as creams or lotions and the stability of emulsions. Preferred emulsifying and stabilizing agents in the invention are glyceryl stearate, polyglyceryl-3 rice branate, sucrose stearate, cetearyl alcohol, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate and behenyl alcohol. Considering that creams have a thicker consistency, chemicals with binding properties must be added to the formulations to obtain the product with the desired consistency. These chemicals often act as surfactants, leather softeners, etc., in addition to their thickening properties. They also have features. In the invention, glycerin, glyceryl caprylate/caprate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, lavender essential oil, isopropyl myristate, amino acids, lactates, urea, uric acid, NH3, glucosamine, creatine, citrates, sucrose, organic acids, as softening and moisturizing active substances. Peptides, sorbitol, PEG, panthenol derivatives can be used. Substances with antioxidant effects are tocopherol, minerals (selenium, copper, iron, zinc and manganese), vitamins (C and E), butylated hydroxy anisole (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), propyl gallate, phytoantioxidants (polyphenols and terpenes), anthocyanin. , proanthocyanin, arbutin, azelaic acid, curcumin, epigallocatecin-3-gallate and quercetin. In the invention, tocopherol is preferably chosen as the antioxidant substance. Contains Madecassoside as a skin healing, regulating, repairing and soothing ingredient, shea butter (Butyrospermum parki'i'), soybean (Glyci'ne Soja) oil, calendula (Calendula Oyýfi'ci'nali's) flower extract, fructooligosaccharides, red Beetroot (Beta Vulgari's) root extract, isopropyl benzyl salicylate and isodecyl salicylate, vitamin F, chamomile (Chamomilla Recutita) flower extract, rosemary (Rosmari'nus Oyýfi'ci'nali's) essential oil, lemon (Citrus limon) essential oil can be used. Sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid can be used as preservatives. Witch hazel (Hamameli's Virginiana), okka rose (Rosa Camelli'a sinensi's), calendula (Calendula Oyýfi'ci'nali's) plant and tea tree (Melaleuca alterni'foli'a) can be preferred. Sodium hydroxide, ammonium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide can be used as buffering agents. Aromatic oils such as methyl eugenol, turmeric extract, peppermint oil, orange oil, lemon oil and sandalwood can be used as perfume and scenting agents. Water and pentylene glycol were used as solvents. The aim of the invention is to develop a cream form with a pomade structure, which is formed by the combination of 7 different plant extracts and has restorative and healing properties. Petroleum derivatives such as petroleum jelly etc. One of the advantages of the product is that it does not use synthetic raw materials such as Another advantage is that natural preservatives are used and their effectiveness has been proven through tests. Thus, it is thought that the pomade-based cream, which can be prepared without harmful chemicals, has a natural structure, is environmentally friendly, and is thought to benefit the healing and repair of the skin that is irritated due to various environmental factors with the plants it contains, will be one of the most important product groups in the field of personal care and cosmetics. At the same time, the fact that the production process of the pomade-based cream content of the invention consists of short-term simple processes and the preferred packaging is environmentally friendly and recyclable aluminum tubes provides an advantage both for the production process and for the product obtained. It also shows that the product is a product aimed at protecting the environment. It has been observed that the product of the invention, which is suitable for use on the entire surface of the skin, surprisingly shows multiple effects such as restorative and healing, moisturizing, soothing, redness relieving, filling lines and crevices and antioxidant effects. Another advantage of the invention is that the product is created by integrating many organic components that have various benefits for skin health and various herbs that have been used in alternative medicine for many years. Since the product of the invention is prepared in the form of a naturally occurring product, its side effects on human health will be minimal compared to other creams. One of the most important advantages of our cream is that no chemicals are used in the naturally prepared pomade cream. In this way, the cream obtained with the invention will have a structure suitable for use in almost all age groups. Another purpose of the invention is; To contribute to alternative products in the cosmetics industry and to provide benefits by offering a new product option where people can find all the features they need in line with the importance they attach to skin health. By utilizing 7 types of plants, the positive effects of each plant are contained in a single concentration.
