Description

TR TR TR TR TR TR DESCRIPTION A DEVICE FOR DETECTION OF VASCULAR DISLOCATIONS AND NOTIFICATION TO THE RELEVANT PERSON Technical Field This invention relates to a device that enables the detection of vascular conduit dislocation. Prior Art Intravenous access is an application used to administer materials such as medicine, serum or blood from outside into the patient's vein. Thanks to vascular access, the need to puncture the patient's body with a needle for each material that needs to be administered intravenously is eliminated. Delirium may occur in patients, especially after major surgical operations. These patients may be inclined to remove the vascular access. In addition, children may think that the intravenous line is a toy and try to remove it. It is important that the staff keeping the patient under observation is aware that the vascular access has been removed. For this reason, there is a need for a structure that informs the relevant personnel about the status of the vascular access and warns the personnel in case the vascular access becomes dislodged. In the state of the art, intravascular pressure can be observed or a clamp can be attached around the vascular access needle to detect if the vascular access is dislodged. However, these methods are complex to implement. Therefore, an easily applicable and reliable method is needed to detect dislocation of the vascular access. Patent document 21644.32 describes a system that detects the dislocation of the vascular access. In this system, a light meter is placed on the patient's skin. If the vascular access is removed, the value detected by the light meter in question changes as it moves away from the skin. In this way, the system in question detects that the vascular access has been removed. However, since the system works on the light sensor, it loses its functionality at night when delirium is more common. Brief Description of the Invention The purpose of this invention is to realize an alternative device to detect the dislocation of the vascular access. Another purpose of this invention is to realize a device that informs the relevant personnel about the status of the vascular access and warns the personnel in case the vascular access becomes dislodged. Another purpose of this invention is to realize a calibratable device that detects the dislocation of the vascular access. Detailed Description of the Invention: From the figures related to the device realized to achieve the purpose of this invention; Figure 1. is a schematic view of the device subject to the invention in an embodiment of the invention. The parts in the figures are numbered one by one, and the equivalent of these numbers is given below. 21644.32 Temperature sensor Pressure sensor Capacitive sensor Communication means Control unit Feedback means Alternative device (l) for detecting dislocation of the vascular access, in its most basic form at least one temperature sensor suitable for fixation on the patient's body, causing a change in the patient's body temperature output value (2), at least one pressure sensor (3) and/or capacitive sensor (4), temperature sensor (2), pressure sensor (3) and/or capacitive sensor whose output value when fixed to the patient's body is different from the output value when it is not fixed to the patient's body. By using the output values received from the temperature sensor (2), pressure sensor (3) and/or capacitive sensor (4), which is suitable for electrically connecting to the sensor (4) and receiving the output values from these sensors (2, 3, 4), It contains at least one control unit (6) that determines whether it is output or not. The device (1) of the invention contains at least one temperature sensor (2). The temperature sensor (2) is preferably placed between the patient's body and a tape used to fix the vascular access to the patient's body. The temperature sensor (2) may come into direct contact with the patient's body, or there may be tape, etc. between the temperature sensor (2) and the patient's body. It may also include a material. The important thing here is to fix the temperature sensor (2) in such a way that if it leaves its fixed position, the temperature value it reads will change. 21644.32 The device (l) of the invention contains at least one pressure sensor (3) and/or capacitive sensor (4) whose output value when fixed to the patient's body is different from the output value when it is not fixed to the patient's body. The pressure sensor (3) and/or capacitive sensor (4) in question is preferably placed between the patient's body and a tape used to fix the vascular access to the patient's body. The temperature sensor (2) and pressure sensor (3) and/or capacitive sensor (4) are suitable for electrical connection to the control unit (6). The control unit (6) receives the output values from these sensors (2, 3, 4). The control unit (6) determines whether the vascular access is dislodged or not by using the output values received from the temperature sensor (2), pressure sensor (3) and/or capacitive sensor (4). The control unit (6) monitors the changes in the temperature, pressure and/or capacitance values it reads to determine whether the vascular conduit is dislodged or not. If one or more of these values changes more than a predetermined value and/or falls below a predetermined threshold value and/or exceeds a predetermined threshold value, it is concluded that the vascular access is dislodged. In an embodiment of the invention, the device (1) subject to the invention has at least one communication device suitable for the control unit (6) to transmit the data it receives from the sensors (2, 3, 4) and/or the result of interpreting these data to a server as to whether the vascular access is dislodged or not. It contains the vehicle (5). In this way, the information provided by the device (1) of the invention can be observed through a central computer to which this information is transferred. The information mentioned may be the result of temperature, pressure, capacitance change and/or their interpretation as to whether the vascular duct is dislodged or not. In one embodiment of the invention, the device (1) subject to the invention has at least one button (7). The user presses the said button (7) before or after the sensors (2, 3, 4) are placed on the patient's body, and the 21644.32 values received from the sensors (2, 3, 4) at that moment are recorded as a reference value by the control unit (6). If the button (7) is pressed before the sensors (2, 3, 4) are placed on the body, the values expected to be read in case the vascular line is dislodged, and if the button (7) is pressed after the sensors (2, 3, 4) are placed on the body, the values expected to be read as long as the vascular line remains in place. Expected values are recorded as reference values. In this way, the device (1) of the invention is calibrated and the deviations that may be caused by the manufacturing tolerance values of the sensors (2, 3, 4) are prevented from being misinterpreted. In addition, if the button (7) is pressed after the sensors (2, 3, 4) are placed on the body, misinterpretation of both the deviations that may be caused by the production-related tolerance values of the sensors (2, 3, 4) and the deviations that may occur during their placement on the patient's body is prevented. In an embodiment of the invention, the device (1) subject to the invention has at least one feedback means (8). The feedback means (8) is electrically connected to the control unit (6). The control unit (6) can provide information to the user about the operating status of the device by controlling the said feedback means (8). The feedback means (8) can, for example, be an LED. For example, if the vascular access is positioned as it should be, a green light can be emitted, and if the vascular access is out of place, a red light can be emitted. Emission can be done by the same LED (for example RGB LED) or by using more than one LED. Of course, this is only an example, and any feedback that allows the user to obtain information about the operating status of the device (1) can be provided through the said feedback means (8). The feedback device (8) can also be a device that provides audio feedback. In the device (1) of the invention, the sensors (2, 3, 4) and preferably the cables that electrically connect them to the control unit (6) can be disposable. Thus, before the device (1) is connected to another patient, the mentioned sensors (2, 3, 4) and cables are changed to ensure that the device (1) is connected to the new patient in a clean manner. 21644.32 The electrical connections mentioned above can be made directly or through any type of connector. The power required by the device (l) of the invention can be supplied from the network and/or by a power source. The device (1) of the invention can operate when connected to a socket directly or via an adapter. The device (l) can also be operated with rechargeable batteries or disposable batteries. If a rechargeable cell or battery is used, the device (1) in question may have a charging circuit to charge these batteries or batteries. TR TR TR TR TR TR
