Abstract
Mevcut buluş plastiklerin şekillendirilmesinde kullanım için yağ asiti esteri bazlı bir iç ya da dış kaydırıcı kompozisyonun hazırlanması için bir proses ile ilgilidir. Söz konusu proses en az bir yağ asiti esteri elde etmek üzere en az bir alkol bileşeni ile en az bir yağ asiti veya yağ bileşeninin uygun şartlarda esterleşme reaksiyonuna sokulması; reaksiyon sonucu elde edilen yağ asiti esterine öğütme öncesi en az bir topaklanma önleyici katkı ilave edilmesi; ve elde edilen karışımın öğütülerek toz forma getirilmesi adımlarını içermektedir.The present invention relates to a process for preparing a fatty acid ester-based internal or external lubricant composition for use in shaping plastics. Said process involves esterification reaction of at least one alcohol component with at least one fatty acid or oil component under suitable conditions to obtain at least one fatty acid ester; adding at least one anti-caking additive to the fatty acid ester obtained as a result of the reaction before grinding; and grinding the obtained mixture into powder form.
