Bir pişirme ocağı gibi pişirme ekipmanı için geliştirilmiş gaz brülörü (2,57) olup, söz konusu brülörün monte edilmek üzere olduğu pişirme ocağında (6) yer alan açıklığa (8) karşılık gelen pozisyonda sabitlenmesi amaçlanan destek kabı şeklindeki enjektör tutucusu (4,58), - fincan şeklindeki destek (4,58) üzerine, dış çevresel kenarı (30) ve pişirme ocağının (6) yüzeyini tanımlayacak şekilde oturan söz konusu brülörün (2,57) takılmasının amaçlandığı primer hava (34) akışının girişi için bir geçit (32) bulunduran alev bölücü (10,60) - söz konusu alev bölücüye (10,60) çıkarılabilir şekilde dayanan ve dağıtım odasının (42,62,66) gaz ve primer havanın yanma karışımı için tanımlandığı, ağıtım odasının (42,62,66) yükseltilmiş bir bant (22, 70,76) ile bağlandığı, yanma karışımının geçişi için çok sayıda radyal yarığın (24, 72,78) sağlandığı, kapağın (12,64,68), söz konusu radyal yarıklara (24,72,78) bakan çok sayıda açıklık (46,74,80) içerdiği ve söz konusu deliklerden (46,74,80) çıkan alevlerin (52,82,84) eğimini tanımlamak için orada işbirliği yapılan bir sac levha (12, 64,68) içermesidir.
