Abstract
Bu buluş, uçaklardaki sıcak içecek hazırlayıcı insertlerin kirece karşı korunmasını amacıyla, MTBF (mean time between failure, iki hata arası zaman) parametrelerini iyileştirerek (6-9 ay) kireç etkisini azaltan bir sistem tasarımı ve algoritma ile ilgilidir. Buluşun amacı, uçaklardaki sıcak içecek hazırlayıcı insertlerin içerisinde biriken kirecin miktarının algılanması ve buna göre su sisteminde, özellikle kirece hassas filtre kahve yapım hattında, gerekli akıllı değişikliklerin yapılmasıdır. Buluşun diğer amacı, içecek hazırlayıcının tamire gereksinim duymadan uzun süre hizmet vermesi sağlanarak işletim ve bakım masraflarının en aza indirilebilmesidir.This invention is related to a system design and algorithm that reduces the lime effect by improving the MTBF (mean time between failure) parameters (6-9 months) in order to protect the inserts for hot beverage dispensers against scale. The aim of the invention is to detect the amount of lime accumulated in the hot beverage preparation inserts in aircraft and accordingly to make the necessary smart changes in the water system, especially in the lime sensitive filter coffee making line. Another object of the invention is to provide the beverage dispenser to serve for a long time without the need for repair and to minimize the operating and maintenance costs.
