Mevcut buluş, lignoselulozık malzemenin mayalanabilir şekerlere dönüştürülmesine yönelik bileşimler ve yöntemler ve bunlarla üretilen ürünlerle (örneğin etanol, gida maddeleri, vs) ilgilidir.
