Özellikle deprem tehlikesi altındaki bölgelerde bulunan binalar için, birbirlerine hareket edebilir şekilde ve mesafeli olarak birleştirilmiş ve sızdırmazlık düzenekleri meydana getiren kesintisiz sızdırmazlık elemanları (5, 6, 7) sayesinde birbirlerine karşı sızdırmazlığı sağlanmış olan, çerçeve şeklindeki dış cephe elemanlarından (1, 2) yapılmış bir dış cephe, ki burada sızdırmazlık elemanlarından (5, 6, 7) oluşturulmuş, birbirine mesafeli iki tane dış cephe elemanı (1, 2) arasına yerleştirilmiş sızdırmazlık düzeneklerinin en azından birbirlerine mesafeli iki tane sızdırmazlık düzlemine (E1, E2, E3), sızdırmazlık elemanlarının (5, 6, 7) enine kesiti dış cephe elemanlarının (1, 2) hareketlerine uygun olarak değişecek şekilde, ayrılmıştır.
