Abstract
Bu buluş; stiren-divinilbenzen (STR-DVB) kopolimerinin, özellikle immobilizasyonda enzimin matrikse kovalent bağlanmasını sağlayan poligluteraldehit (PGA) kullanılarak yeni bir formda sentezlenmesi (STR-DVB-PGA kopolimeri) ve bu polimerin farklı alanlarda kullanımı ile ilgilidir. Buluşa konu olan polimerin en önemli özelliği, istenilen büyüklükte ve şekilde kolaylıkla üretiminin yapılabilmesi ve biyomoleküUerin immobilizasyonu için oldukça uygun bir mafriks olmasıdır. Önerilen proses mikro poroz polimerik enzim reaktörleri (MPPER) olarak adlandırılmış olup birçok enzimatik reaksiyon için immobilizasyon mafriksi olarak kullanılmıştır.This invention; Synthesis of styrene-divinylbenzene (STR-DVB) copolymer in a new form (STR-DVB-PGA copolymer) using polyglutaraldehyde (PGA), which provides covalent attachment of the enzyme to the matrix, especially in immobilization, and the use of this polymer in different fields. The most important feature of the polymer subject to the invention is that it can be easily produced in the desired size and shape and is a very suitable matrix for the immobilization of biomolecules. The proposed process is called microporous polymeric enzyme reactors (MPPER) and has been used as an immobilization matrix for many enzymatic reactions.
