Abstract

Mevcut bulus otomatik olarak bükülen ipligin (1) üretimi için bir tertibat ve bir yöntemle ilgili olup, burada öncelikle en az iki fitil (2, 3) en az bir ters büküm tertibati (4) arasindan geçirilmekte, burada fitillere (2, 3) periyodik olarak degismek suretiyle dönüs (0) olmayan alanlarla birbirinden ayrilmis olan S ve Z burma alanlarindan geçmekte ve fitiller (2, 3) bundan sonra öyle birlestirilmektedir, fitiller kendi kendine dönüsleri sayesinde otomatik olarak birbiriyle dönmektedir, burada sözü edilen dönüssüz (0) alanlar birbiriyle döndürülen otomatik bükülen iplikte (1) bir faz farkina (fi) sahiptir. Bu tip yöntemlerde ve yöntemin gerçeklestirilmesi için bilinen tertibatlarda fitil iplikleri siklikla kirilmakta ve üretilen otomatik bükülen iplik (1) yetersiz bir saglamliga sahip olmaktadir. Mevcut bulusun görevi otomatik bükülen ipligin (1) üretimi için bir yöntem ve bir tertibat hazirlamak olmustur.
