Bir genis bant telekomünikasyon sistemi içerisindeki elektrikli filtre levhalarinin instalasyon ve baglantisi için düzenleme olup, özelligi, düzenlemenin kullanim halinde üzerinde durulan levhalardan (1) her birinin ayri ayri sistemin alakali hattina baglanmasini levhanin arada basili devre levhasi ve baska konektörler olmadan dogrudan dogruya alakali hatta bagli bir konektör blogu (8) içindeki kontaklar arasina takilmasi vasitasiyla saglamasini kapsamasi ve konektör blogunun sistemin dagitim sasileri için öngörülmüs bir alaninda yer almasidir.
