Abstract

Bu bulus; kurutulmus ve ögütülmüs yagli toz gidalarin paketlemesinde kullanilacak paketleme malzemesi ile ilgidir. Bu bulusla gelistirilen paketleme malzemesi, kavite edilmis ve vakum metalizasyonla metal kaplanmis BOPP film ile PE (polietilen) veya Surlyn olmak üzere iki katmandan olusmaktadir. Polietilen(PE) veya Surylyn, tercihen düsük yogunluklu polietilendir(LDPE). Bulus ayrica BOPP film(1) üzerine, tercihen düsük yogunluga sahip polietilenin (LDPE) (2)'in ekstrüzyon yoluyla uygulanmasi ve LDPE miktarinin 15-70gr/m2 arasinda olmasi ile karakterize edilmektedir. BOPP film, PVOH veya PVDC veya EVOH veya akrilik veya benzeri bariyer arttirici malzemeler ile kaplanmis metalize, kavite edilmis BOPP filmdir.This invention; dried and ground oil powder. The packaging material developed by the present invention consists of two layers of PE (polyethylene) or Surlyn with BOPP film cavitated and coated with vacuum metallization. Polyethylene (PE) or Surylyn is preferably low density polyethylene (LDPE). The invention is further characterized by extrusion of BOPP film (1), preferably low density polyethylene (LDPE) (2) by extrusion, and the amount of LDPE being between 15-70 g / m 2. BOPP film is a metallized, cavity BOPP film coated with PVOH or PVDC or EVOH or acrylic or similar barrier-enhancing materials.
