Abstract

This invention is a method and system for interactive information services (1). In this system, subscribers from all phone networks can direct and get information from the system only by voice calls. The system can provide the definitions and services that correspond to the key words (finance, apothecary on guard, cinema, football/sport) spelled by the callers. The subscribers can listen to different phone melodies with the help of the system and send the said melodies to their own cell phones with appropriate key words. The users can also get the contents of the services as SMS messages by using the keywords (finance, apothecary on guard, cinema, football/sport). The system has also a utilitarian menu to help the users direct the system with voice keywords (finance, apothecary on guard, cinema, football/sport). It allows the subscribers to be transferred to a different defined phone number on the system.
