Farkli kosullu erisim sistemleri ile çalistirilabilen bir alici/dekoderde kullanilmak için bir cihaz olup, alici/dekoder, kosullu erisim sistemine bagli olarak konfigüre edilebilen bir manipülasyon protokolüne göre alici/dekoder tarafindan alinan verilerin manipüle edilmesi için araçlari ve manipülasyon protokolüne birleserek parametrelerin depolanmasi için araçlari kapsamaktadir, cihaz, kosullu erisim sistemine bagli olarak manipülasyon protokolünü konfigürasyonu talimatini veren bir komutu almak için araçlari; komuta bagli olarak depolama araçlarindan bir parametrenin çekilmesi için araçlari; ve manipülasyon protokolünün konfigüre edilmesinde kullanilmak için manipülasyon araçlarina bahsedilen parametrenin çikis olarak verilmesi için araçlari içermektedir, bu sayede, manipülasyon aracinin, kosullu erisim sistemlerinin tümü için manipülasyon protokolünü konfigüre etmesi için tüm parametreleri almasi gerekmemektedir.
