Устройство дл  отвода шлама при бурении скважин включает корпус 1, уплотнение усть  скважины 2, штуцер 3 отвода шлама, упорное кольцо 4 с регулируемым приводом 5, выполненным в виде 2-х силовых цилиндров, герметизатор штанги 6, состо ший из эластичного элемента и имеющий форму полого многослойного цилиндра. В каждом из слоев выполнены продольные вырезы 7. Через устройство проходит буровой став, состо ший из муфты 8 и штанги 9. Устройство работает следующим образом . Штанга 9 через устройство дл  отвода шлама вставл етс  в бурильную машину. Устройство прижимаетс  к груди забо , тем самым уплотн   устье скважины. Включаетс  регулируемый привод 5 и, сжима  герметизатор штанги б, образует в верхней его части воронкообразную форму. При бурении шлам, отсасываетс  через патрубок 3. При прохождении через устройство муфты 8 регулируемым приводом 5 образуют в верхней части герметизатора штанги 6 воронкообразную форму, необходимую дл  пропуска муфты 8. При этом герметизатор плотно прижимаетс  к муфте и утечек шлама через него не происходит. После прохож . дени  муфты 8 с помощью регулируемого привода 5 снова производ т настройку герметизатора штанги 6 на прохождение штанги 9. При износе герметизатора штанги последний замен етс  новым, при этом буровой став разбираетс  и штанга вынимаетс  из устройства. Использование предлагаемого устройства дл  отвода шлама при бурении скважин позвол ет повысить эффективность работы герметизатора штанги, т. е. обеспечивает надежное улавливание шлама при прохождении через устройство бурового става переменного сечени . Кроме того, по мере износа герметизатора штанги зазор между ним и штангой не увеличиваетс , так как герметизатор поджимаетс  регулируемым приводом, что повышает надежность работы устройства. Предложенное устройство позвол ет повысить эффективность и надежность герметизатора . Формула изобретени  1.Устройство дл  отвода шлама при бурении скважин, включающее корпус с отвод щим патрубком, соединенный с уплотнением усть  скважины и упругий герметизатор штанги, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью повышени  надежности и эффективности работы, герметизатор штанги выполнен в виде полого цилиндра, стенки которого выполнены из нескольких слоев, причем в каждом слое выполнены продольные вырезы, расположенные со смещением относительно предыдущего сло , при этом герметизатор штанги снабжен регулируемым приводом. 2.Устройство по п. 1, отличающеес  тем, что регулируемый привод выполнен в виде силовых цилиндров. The use of the proposed device for removal of sludge during the drilling of wells makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the rod sealer, i.e., it provides reliable trapping of sludge as it passes through a device with a variable cross section. In addition, as the seal of the rod seals deteriorates, the gap between it and the rod does not increase, as the sealer is drawn in by an adjustable drive, which increases the reliability of the device. The proposed device improves the efficiency and reliability of the sealer. Claim 1.
