Claims (2)

Расщиритель содержит (фиг. 1, 2, 3 и 4) 20 корпус 1 с обводными каналами 2 и 3, выходы которых разобщены за1-луц|кой 4, поршень 5, установленный в цилиндрической .проточке корпуса н снабженный нп верхнем торце фигурным пазом 6, сменные выдвижные рабочие органы 7, установленные на подшипнике скольжени , расположенном между верхним 8 и нижним 9 ползунами, взаимодействующими с фигурными опорнымн поверхност ми, выполненными в поршне и в корпусе. Поверхности 10 и П скольжени  нижнего ползуна расположены во взаимно - перпендикул рных направл ю-щн . Поверхности скольжени  10 и 12 верхнего к нижнего ползунов выполнены параллельнымн между собой. Выдвижение рабочнх органов ограничиваетс  кольцом 13. Дл  очистки рабочих органов от бурового ш Аыа предусмотрены каналы 14. С помощью резьбовых соединений инструмент соеднн етс  с бурильной колонной 15 и направл ющнм устройством (не показано). Рабочие органы 7 в предлагаемом устройстве выполнены в виде одноконусных шарошек. оснащенных породоразрушаюшими элемен тамн. В этом случае оно используетс  дл  расширени  ствола скважины в заданном интервале . В других вариантах исполнени  рабочие органы 16 расширител  выполнены заодно целое с ползунами (фиг. 5) и оснащены режущими или породоразрушаюшими элементами , а также выполнены в виде многоконусных роликов 17, обращенных вниз большим основанием основного конуса 18. Предлагаемый инструмент работает cлe дующим образом. . Инструмент соедин ют с бурильной колон мой 15 (фиг. 1 и 2) и спускают в скважину. После достижени  заданного интервала в бурильные трубы нагнетают промывочную жидкость, котора  по обводным каналам 2 поступает под поршень 5. За счет разности давлени  внутри инструмента и в затрубном пространстве поршень 5 перемещает ползуны 8 и 9, и рабочие органы 7 в верхнее положение до упора в кольцо 13. При этом инструмент вращают, и рабочие органы 7 и 17 разрушают горную породу или фрезеруют или развальцовывают профильный перекрыватель 19, установленный в расширен ном участке ствола скважины.
