Изобретение относитс к приготовлению антиадгезионных составов, а именно смазок дл форм при производстве изделий из эластичного, интеграл ного и полужесткого пенополиуретана . (ЛПУ). В частности, антиадгезионна смазка может примен тьс при изготовлении деталей из поливинилхлорвдной пленки, дублированных полужестким ЦПУ, подушек сидений из эластичного Ш1У и подлокотников из интегрального Ш1У дл . легковых автомобилей. Известна антиадгезионна смазка дл формовани полужесткого и интегрального ППУ, в состав которой вход т вес.%: вазелин 10-30; полиалкилстшоксан 3-15, .нефт ной воск 5-15, сырой буроугольньй воск 1-5, полиэтиленовый воск 2-7, уайт-спирит 12-30, галоидированный углеводородный растворительостальное . Эта смазка обладает удовлетворительньми антиадгезионными свойствами только дл интегрального П11У при ограниченном количестве формованных изделий, после чего наступает загр зHeiffle форм смазкой с згкудшением разделительных свойств и взаимодействием с поверхностью издели . Наиболее близкой по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к предлагаемой вл етс антиадгезиониа смазка дл отделени изделий из полужесткого ППУ при формовании, включающа , вес.%: восковую основу -. потшэтиленовый воск 2-4, окисленный полиэтиленовый воск 2-4, церезин 4-8, соль жирной кислоты, например кальциевую соль синтетических жирных кислот 2-3, нефт ное дистилл тное масло 45-50, растворитель - уайт-спирит остальное J.
