Изобретение относитс  к медицинской промьошленности. Известен протез дл  закрыти  дефекта в ткан х сердца, содержащий эластичные элементы, средства дл  изменени  геометрии и арматуру дл  краев Г. Ял  выполнени  операции эластичные элементы в сложенном виде подвод т к дефекту, размещают часть протеза внутри полости,.измен ют геометрию эластичных элементов и фикси руют протез на ткани перегородки. Данное устройство  вл етс  наиболее близким к изобретению по технической сушности и достигаемому резул тату. Недостатком протеза  вл етс  / сложность конструкции, больша  продо жительность операции и возможность повреждени  ткани арматурйй протезаГ Цель изобретени  - уйрощение конструкции , сокращение времени закрыти  дефекта и снижение травматичности . Цель достигаетс  тем, что эластич ный элемент протеза выполнен цельным , средство дл  армировани  одного кра  выполнено в виде жесткого кольца , средство дл  армировани  друго .го виде плоской пружины с механизмом дл  сжати , а диаметр пружины в свободном состо нии равен диаметру кольца и в два раза превосходит диаметр закрываемого дефекта. На фиг.1 показан протез при его введении за перегородку, продольный разре; на фиг.2 - протез после установки; на фиг.З - пружины. Цельный эластичный элемент 1 протеза выполнен из ткани и снабжен армирующим кольцом 2. Внутри протеза размещена плоска  пружина 3, на которую до установки протеза надеты нити 4, ст гивающие пружину через кольцо на конце держател  5.
