Изобретение относитс к области разработки и транспортировки грунта и может быть использовано в измерительных зубь х ковшей землеройных машин. Известны измерительные зубь ковшей землеройных машин, включающие корпус с передней и задней гран ми и тензоэлементы 1. Недостатком таких зубьев вл етс то, что они не позвол ют измерить давление грунта на режушей кромке. Цель изобретени - повышение точности измерени давлени грунта на зуб. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что передн грань выполнена с продольным пазом по всей ее ширине под тензоэлементы, которые выполнены в виде нат нутых электроизолированных проволок, расположенных поперек передней грани зуба. На фиг. 1 и 2 приведены две проекции измерительного зуба ковша землеройной мащины; на фиг. 3 - продоЛьное осевое сечение зуба; на фиг. 4 - с.ечение А-А на фиг. 2. Измерительный зуб ковша землеройной машины состоит из корпуса 1 с продольным пазом 2 на передней грани 3, охватывающим длину режущей кромки, отдельных электроизолированных проволочек 4, закрывающих паз и нат нутых в поперечном направлении зуба, зажимных планок 5 с винтами 6, фольги 7, огибающей переднюю и заднюю грань зуба. Один конец фольги закреплен на передней грани винтом 8, второй - на задней грани винтом 9. Кажда проволочка уложена в отдельный желоб полукруглого сечени Проволочки также электроизолированы от корпуса зуба зажимных планок и фольги. К каждой проволоке, выполн ющей роль тензодатчика сопротивлени , со стороны паза на некотором рассто нии друг от друга присоединены два проводка. Дл вывода проводов 10 имеетс отверстие 11. Латунна фольга толщиной 0,1-0,2м предназначена дл предохранени изол ции проволочек от повреждени и попадани грунта внутрь паза зуба. The goal is achieved by the fact that the front face is made with a longitudinal groove across its entire width under the strain elements, which are made in the form of tensioned electrically insulated wires located across the front face of the tooth. FIG. 1 and 2 shows two projections of the measuring tooth of the bucket of the earthmoving equipment; in fig. 3 - long axial section of the tooth; in fig. 4 - sec. Section AA in FIG. 2. The measuring tooth of the bucket of the earth-moving machine consists of a body 1 with a longitudinal groove 2 on the front face 3, covering the length of the cutting edge, separate electrically insulated wires 4, covering the groove and tensioned in the transverse direction of the tooth, clamp bars 5 with screws 6, foil 7 envelope front and back of the tooth. One end of the foil is fixed on the front face with a screw 8, the other is on the rear face with a screw 9. Each wire is laid in a separate trough of a semi-circular section. The wires are also electrically insulated from the tooth body of the clamping strips and the foil. Two wires are connected to each wire, which acts as a resistance strain gauge, from the groove side at some distance from each other. A hole 11 is provided to lead the wires 10.
