Способ получения двуокиси марганца путем каталитического окисления кислородом воздуха сульфата марганца (II) в водном растворе, содержащем сульфат аммония, в присутствии катализатора и при перемешивании реакционной массы, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения содержания основного вещества в продукте и ускорения процесса, раствор подвергают контактированию с газообразным аммиаком и удельным расходом 0,03-0,06 м/ч•кг и процесс ведут при температуре от -5 до 0C.2.
