Description
(54) VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS FOR PRODUCTION
Various types of vegetable tannid-containing raw materials are known, from which vegetable tanning agents are obtained for the production of semi-finished leather goods. These include oak bark and wood,; Spruce. Larch trees and others 1. It is known to use such leaves of Sugar and Sumach for tannin-2. Tatyds are found in leaves of Sugar. When collecting leaves of leaflets during rains, the amount of tannins remains in them 3-4% of 20%. To improve the raw material base for the production of vegetable tanning agents for leather tanning, amorph seed husks are used as vegetable tannide. Amorpha is a shrub from the legume family. The tanniferous part of the amorpha plant is the seed husk. The oak substances of the amorphous husk belong to the pyrocatechin series. The core of the amorphous seed is 60%, and its husk is 40%. At a special diffuser installation, the amorphic husk is extracted at a temperature of 70 ° C at the head diffuser and 95 ° C at the tail diffuser, followed by evaporation of the diffusion juice to a liquid extract. The loss of 15b pc of substances during evaporation of the diffusion juice is not observed. In tab. 1 shows the results of analyzes of vegetable tanning extract from amorphous seed husks at different temperatures for .5 h. The resulting liquid extract can be used for tanning leather. In tab. 2. shows the data of chemical and physico-mechanical tests of yuft and hard leathers, wounded ;. extract from the husk of semen amorphs. According to chemical analysis and physical and mechanical tests, Yuftev and tough leather meets the standards of GOST. These results prove the possibility of using seed husks of amorphs. ““ I.ixau. ”“ -., -. V. ,, 3. as a plant; Some raw materials for tanning.
