Description
The insignificant content of hydrogen cyanide in the coke oven gas (about 1 g / m) does not ensure the cost-effectiveness of its release by the absorption method.
The siuming plant permits freezing of crude coke oven, which contains water, naphthalene, crude benzene, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, cyanide compounds, and so on. At temperature O, all naphthalene and about 80% of water are released. At - 40 - 60 °, crude benzene and ammonium salts are produced. By heating the last products of freezing to -10 °, the crude benzene is melted, filtered off and removed from the ammonium salts by filtration. The gases released during this process are added to the coke oven gas or to the gases produced by the decomposition of ammonium salts of sulfuric acid. In the last cycle, ammonium sulfate and a mixture of gases: hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen cyanide are obtained from ammonium salts.
После этого газы подвергаютс повторному вымораживанию при -40-60° и получают кристаллы цианистого водорода, которые при -13° переход т в жидкую синильную кислоту, испар ющуюс при нагреве до +26°.Thereafter, the gases are subjected to repeated freezing at -40-60 ° and crystals of hydrogen cyanide are obtained, which at -13 ° are converted into liquid hydrocyanic acid, evaporating during heating to + 26 °.
Subject invention
Способ выделепи цианистого водорода из пр мого коксового газа, отличающийс тем, что из него вымораживают сырой бензол и аммиачные соли, последние после отделени от бензола разлагают кислотой , выделившиес газы охлаждают до -40-60° и полученные кристаллы плав т нри температуре около -13° или испар ют при температуре около +26.A process for separating hydrogen cyanide from direct coke oven gas, characterized in that it freezes out raw benzene and ammonium salts, the latter, after separation from benzene, are decomposed by acid, the released gases are cooled to -40-60 ° and the resulting crystals are melted at about -13 ° C or evaporated at about + 26 ° C.
