Description
I
Изобретение относитс к способам получени водорода из углеводородных газовых смесей с использованием процессов охлаждени и может, использоватьс в нефтехимической и газовой промышленности.
Известен способ получени водорода из углводородной газовой смеси путем последовательного охлаждени газовой смеси, соцерукищей водород, метан, этилен, этан и фракцию С,, с вьщелением указанных компонентов. При этом оставшуюс после выделени газовую смесь, состо щую из водорода и 5% метана расшир ют в детантере, и полученный при расширении газа холод используют дл охлаждени , исходной газовой смеси 1.
Основным недостатком способа вл етс наличие жидкой фазы при расширении метановодородной фракции в детантере, что приводи к нарушению режима его .работы.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности и достигаемому результату к предлагаемому вл етс способ получени водорода из утлеводородной газовой смеси путем последовательного охлаждени газовой смеси в теплообмепниках , с образованием газожидкостной смеси, разделени последней в сепараторах и подачи ее жидких потоков с температурой от -120 до 130С на демета1Шзаш1ю выделени жидкой метановой и газообразной метано-водородной фракций с использованием эффекта Джоул - Томсона 2.
Основной недостаток зтого способа - сравнительно невысока степень чистоты получаемого водорода, равна 95-98 об.%.

Цель достигаетс тем, что в способе Полу чени водорода из углеводородной газовой смеси, включающем последовательное охлаждение газовой смеси в теплообменниках с образованием газо-жидкостной смеси, разделение последней в сепараторах и подачу ее жидких потоков с температурой от -120 до 130 С на деметанизацию, вьщеление жидкой метановой и газообразной метано-водородной фракций , жидкую метановую фракцию нагревают до газообразного состо ни и расшир ют в вихревой трубе с подачей образующихс га
Claims (1)
- Способ получения водорода ной газовой смеси, включающий последовательное охлаждение газовой смеси в теплообменниках с образованием газо-жидкостной смеси, разделение последней в сепараторах и подачу ее жидких потоков с температурой от -120 до -130°С на деметанизацию, выделение жидкой метановой и газообразной метано-водородной фракций, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения степени чистоты водорода, жидкую метановую фракцию нагревают до газообразного состояния и расширяют в вихревой трубе с подачей образующихся газовых потоков на рекуперацию холода в теплообменники, а газообразную метано-водородную фракцию с температурой от -155 до 160°С направляют на расширение в вихревую трубу с подачей образующихся потоков | водорода с температурой от -180 до -185°С и метано-водорода с температурой. от -145 до -150° С на рекуперацию холода в теплообменники.
