Description
The invention relates to the field of magnetic measuring technology and non-destructive testing, in particular, it is a technical application of the Barkhausen phenomenon to control the physicomechanical state of ferromagnetic materials, to measure the parameters of their movement, and to make electrical measurements. A magnetically inductive transducer is known, comprising a U-shaped magnetic circuit, the magnetization reversal and indicator coils 1. The pitch of this device is low measurement accuracy due to the disturbance of the magnetic flux constant of the flat pole pieces of the magnetic circuit and the measurement object having irregularities. The closest known solution is a transducer-sensor based on the use of the Barkhausen 2 phenomenon. The device contains an open magnetic circuit with flat pole lugs, and a remagnetizing coil located on it, and a receiving coil mounted symmetrically with the pole lugs. The disadvantage of such a device is the low accuracy of measurements, due to the disturbance of the orientation of the receiving coil relative to the object of measurement, as well as the disruption of the flux linkage between the magnetic core and the object of measurement. The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in the Barkhausen magnetic noise inductor, which contains an open magnetic circuit with an overmultimating coil located on it, the receiving coil placed symmetrically between the magnetic poles, the receiving coil is positioned by reciprocatingly moving in the vertical plane , and the pole tips of the magnetic circuit are made pointed. The drawing shows the proposed inductor-receiver, containing an open magnetic circuit 1, selected from a series consisting of pi V- and C- and E-shaped magnetic circuits, on which a magnetic reversal is placed.
