(54) МАГНИТОУПРУГИЙ ДАТЧИК КРУТЯЩЕГО МОМЕНТА(54) MAGNETIC ELASTIC TORQUE SENSOR
Изобретение относитс к области силоизмерительной техники и может быть использовано дл измерени крут щих мо.ментов в металлорежущих станках, оснащаемых системами автоматического управлени процессом резани . Известный магнитоупругий датчик крут щего момента, содержащий три неподвижных кольцевых электромагнита с вно выраженными полюсами, расположенных концентрично с контролируемым участком вала, средний из которых несет на полюсах обмотки возбуждени , а крайние -измерительные обмотки, не обеспечивает требуемой точности измерений I. Наиболее близким по технической сущности к изобретению вл етс магнитоупругий датчик крут щего момента, содержащий упругий вал и электромагнитную систему , включающую две тороидальные катушки , расположенные вокруг вала, на каждой из которых размещено по одной обмотке возбуждени и измерительной обмотке 2. Недостатками такого датчика вл ютс низка чувствительность и нечувствительность к знаку крут щего момента. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение чувствительности при измерении знакопеременных моментов. Это достигаетс за счет того, что в предлагаемом датчике на поверхности вала под катушками выполнены две группы прорезей , направленных встречно друг другу и под углом 45° к оси вала, а также за счет того, что катушки размещены на каркасал, выполненных из антифрикционного диэлектрика и опирающихс непосредственно на вал. Описываемый датчик представлен на чертеже . Магнитоупругий датчик крут щего момента содержит две катущки, каркасы которых I и 2 изготовлены из антифрикционного диэлектрика и служат одновре.менно подщипниками скольжени , с помощью которых он устанавливаетс на валу 3. На каждом каркасе 1 и 2 намотано по две обмотки . Обмотки 4 и 5 вл ютс намагничивающими , а обмотки 6 и 7 - измерительными . Катушки заключены внутри магнитопроводов , состо щих из дисков 8 и колец 9. The described sensor is represented in the drawing. The magnetoelastic torque sensor contains two rolls, the frames of which I and 2 are made of an antifriction dielectric and simultaneously serve as sliding bearings with which they are mounted on the shaft 3. Two windings are wound on each frame 1 and 2. Winding 4 and 5 are magnetizing, and winding 6 and 7 are measuring. The coils are enclosed inside magnetic cores consisting of disks 8 and rings 9. All magnetic cores are made of foxes.
