Изобретение относитс к области .строительства и может быть использовано дл повышени водоудерживающей способности поверхности твердеющих бетонных изделий на всех стади х формировани структуры бетона. Известен способ изготовлени бето ных изделий, когда на поверхность свежеотформованного издели нанос т раствор алюмината натри , как уплотн ющей добавки 1. Но алюминат натри не дает достаточно высокой водоудерживающей способности. Наиболее близким к описываемому изобретению по технической сутцности и достига1емому результату вл етс способ изготовлени бетонных изделий , включающий формование издели нанесение защитного сло на его пове хность с последующим твердением. Защитный сл.ой нанос т пропиткой водным раствором дивинилстирЬльного латекса в течение 8-10 ч при 0-30-С 2 Однако пропитка водным раствором дивинилстирольного латекса не решает вопрос водоудержани в свежеотформованном бетоне. Целью изобретени вл етс првьрие ние водоудерживающей способности на стадии формировани структуры бетона Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в способе изготовлени бетонных изделий, включающем формование издели , нанесение защитного сло на его поверхность с последующим твердением . На отформованное, изделие нанос т защитный слой 0,007-0,014% врдного раствора высокомолекул рного цетилового спирта. При этом на поверхности воды,покрывакицей изделие/ в пора и капил рах поверхностного сло бетона образуетс адсорбционный блой ПАВ, вл ющийс депрессором испарени . Замедл испарение вОды из поверхностного сло Жетона, ПАВ преп тствует пленочному движению жидкости к поверхности испарени за счет гидрофобизации стенок капил ров и пор, повыша тем самым и водоудерживающую способность бетона. П р и м е р. Формуют бетонные образцы и провод т обработку свежеотформованных -бетонных образцов 0,007%-ным водньлм раствором цетилового спирта (С Hgg ОН) . In this case, an adsorption surfactant layer is formed on the surface of the water, by coating the product / in the pore and capillaries of the surface layer of concrete, which is an evaporation depressant.
