Известна сырьева смесь -дл произ водства заполнител , включающа горную породу и мазут Т. Недостатком ее вл етс неоднородность структуры заполнител . Известна также сьфьева смесь дл производства аглопорита, включающа .гор ную породу, минеральную добавку и сульфитноспиртовую барду . Недостатком ее вл етс высока плот нрсть структуры аглопорита и выделение больщого количества вредных газов при поризацни его,i Целью изобретени вл етс снижение плотности структуры аглопорита и уменьщение загр знени окружающей среды. Это достигаетс тем, что сьфьева смесь дл прэизводства аглопорита, включающа горную породу идобавку содержит в качестве добавки мылонафт, масло мащинное и соду каустическую и дополнит ,ельно уголь, при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес. %: Горна порода91-93 Мылонафт4-6 Масло машинное О,2-1,О Сода каустическа О,7.-3,5 УгольО,О1-О,05. Готовую сырьевую смесь гранулируют и обжигают. В табл. 1 приведены составы сьфье- вой смеси, вес, %. В табл. 2 приведены физико-механические свойства аглопорита. This is achieved by the fact that the syphilic mixture for the production of agloporite, which includes rock and the additive, contains mylonap, maschinnoe oil and caustic soda as an additive, and also coal, in the following ratio of components, wt. %: Mountainous material91-93 Mylonaft4-6 Engine oil O, 2-1, O Caustic soda O, 7.-3.5 Coal, O1-O, 05. The finished raw mixture is granulated and calcined. In tab. 1 shows the composition of the mixture of mixtures, weight,%. In tab. 2 shows the physicomechanical properties of agloporite. The emission of harmful gases is 12%.
