Claims (3)

(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ РЕЗКИ ЛИСТОВОГО МАТЕРИАЛА 3 Нож 1 установлен на вращающейс  оси 7 и расположен параллельно этой оси, а второй нож 4 установлен неподвижно. Устройство имеет несущие кронппейны S и 9, укрепленные на его станине, на кронщтейнах установлен неподаижньш нож 4, опоры 10 и II ножа I и средство дл  поворота кронштейнов в горизонтальной плоскости. кроннпейнЧ свободно смонтирован на оси 12, а средство дл  поворота кронштейнов представл ет собой микрометрический винт 13, св занный с кронштейном 8, На оси 7 смон7ировано приводное колесо 14, кинематически св занное с несущими элементами 15 и 16, имеющими колки, взаимодействующие при работе устройства с отверсти ми по кра м обрабатываемой ленты 17. Нож11 I и 4 расположены между несущими элементами 15 и 16. Лезвие ножа 1, враща сь вокруг оси 7, описывает вокруг этой оси цилиндр вращени  с радиусом R, ось 7 иаходлтс  на рассто нии равном R от плоскости прохождени  ленты 17 так, чтобы лезвие ножа 1 касалось при каждом обороте этой плоскости . Концевой участок 6 неподвижного ножа 4 находитс  в плоскости прохождени  ленты и на проекции геометрической оси вращени  подвижного ножа 1 на этой плоскости, причем нож 4 образует с этой проекщюй небольшой угол, а другой участок 5 ножа 4 несколько приподн т по отнощению к плоскости прохождени  ленты дл  подачи ее как можно точнее на рассто ние R от оси 7. При каждом обороте оси 7 конец лезви  3 ножа 1 касаетс  без удара конца 6 неподвижного ножа 4, ножи, сдвинутые под углом, скрещиваютс  и скольз т одни по другому, обреза  заданный участок ленты. По мере этого скольжени  лезвие неподвижного ножа 4 выполн ет функцию секущей воображаемого цилиндра, создаваемого при вращении лезви  ножа 1.
