В предлагаемой муфте момент и скорость не остаютс  посто нными за пределами данного значени . Как только момент сопротивлени  увеличиваетс , между роторами возникает относительна  скорость, вызывающа  по вление вихревых токов в щайбе 7. Причем эти токи тем больше, чем больше относительна  скорость. Пропорционально относительной скорости увеличиваетс  передаваемый момент.
