Description

(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ АМИДОВ БЕНЗИМИДАЗОЛ-1-КАРБОНОВОЙ КИСЛОТЫ

Изобретение относитс к способу получени амидов бензимидазол-1-карбоновой кислоты общей формулы I

a. ХNH-COOH N/ 0 C-NH-CH XJ

где R - алифатический насыщенный углеводородный остаток, содержащий 1-4 атома углерода, X - кислород или сера.

Амиды бензимидазол-1-карбоновой кислоты обладают значительным фунгицидным действием .

Указанные соединени в литературе не описаны .

С целью получени амидов бензимидазол-1карбоповой кислоты общей формулы I по предлагаемому способу соедииени общей формулы И

C-NH-C.

рекомендуетс подвергать взаимодействию с

а-изоццанато-у-бутиролактоном цианато-у-тиолбутиролактоном лы III

X tu

где R и X имеют вышеуказанные значени , в среде органического растворител при температуре 10-30°С.

Предлагаемый способ основан на известной реакции взаимодействи аминов с изоцианатами 1, и позвол ет получать ранее неизвестные соединени , обладающие лучшими фунгицидными свойствами, чем известные аналогичные соединени . Эти соединени показали , в частности, хорошее фуигицидное действие против таких вредных грибков, как Rhizoctemia, Fusarium, Piricularia, Botrytis и Fusacladium.

В качестве органического растворител , пригодного дл процесса, могут быть использованы хлороформ, тетрагидрофуран и метиленхлорид .
