Известны системы теплоснабжени , содержащие подающий и обратный трубопроводы и присоединенные к ним системы отоплени  и водовод ной подогреватель гор чего водоснабжени  с подающим трубопроводом . Однако известные системы теплоснабжени  не обеспечивают свою работу по отопительному графику и не поддерживают требуемую температуру гор чей воды. Это объ сн етс  тем, что дл  получени  гор чей воды в водовод ном подогревателе с температурой 60°С требуетс  температура теплоносител  от источника теплоснабжени  не менее 70ОС. Так как теплоноситель дл  систем отоплени  и гор чего водоснабжени   вл етс  общим, в переходный период (при температурах наружного воздуха +2,5°С и выше), когда дл  целей отоплени  требуетс  теплоноситель ниже 7О°С, начинаетс  перегрев отапливаемых помещений 11. Из-за остывани  воды в трубопроводах гор чего водоснабжени , она поступает к удаленным потребител м с температурой ниже нормативной.
