Изобретение относитс к нанесению износостойких покрытий и может быть использовано при производстве труб, предназначенных , например, дл транспортировани абразивных материалов. Известен способ получени износостойких покрытий на внутренней поверхности металлических труб путем нанесени сло порошкообразного материала покрыти при вращении трубы вокруг горизонтальной оси и его расплавлени любым путем. Предлагаемый способ отличаетс от известного использованием в качестве мате- риала покрыти экзотермической смеси - тер МИТ, с поджиганием ее и врашением трубы до разделени образующегос расплава на металлический и оксидный слои, что позвол ет упростить процесс нанесени двухслой ных покрытии. Предлагаемый способ заключаетс в том что на внутреннюю поверхность вращающейс вокруг горизонтальной оси трубы нанос порошкообразный слой экзотермической сме си - термит, поджигают ее и осуществл ют вращение трубь до разделени образующегос расплава на металлический и оксидный слои. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом. Во вращающуюс вокруг горизонтальной оси металлическую трубу засыпают порцию экзотермической смеси - термит, состо щей из тонких порошков алюмини и закиси-окиси железа. С других концов трубы эту смесь зажигают любым способом, например вольтовой дугой. В результате экзотермической реакции: О, 4Ае-,0, + 97е 79f ККАЛ. 54- образуетс расплав, представл ющий собой смесь жидкого металла и алунда ( При вращении трубы под воздействием центробежных сил расплав раздел етс на два сло : металлический и алундовый. Металлическа труба под воздействием высокой температуры может деформироватьс или даже частично расплавитьс . Чтобы предохранить трубу от деформации, рекомендуетс помещать трубу в металлический кокиль.The invention relates to the application of wear resistant coatings and can be used in the manufacture of pipes intended, for example, for transporting abrasive materials. The method is carried out as follows. A portion of the exothermic mixture, termite, consisting of fine powders of aluminum and ferrous oxide, is poured into a metal pipe rotating around a horizontal axis. From other ends of the pipe, this mixture is ignited in any way, for example by a voltaic arc. As a result of the exothermic reaction: O, 4A-, 0, + 97e 79f CCAL. 54- a melt is formed, which is a mixture of liquid metal and alundum. It is recommended that the pipe be placed in a metal chill mold.
