ТёЗ йертлужной впадины, эндопротез проксимального конца бедренной кости со стержнем, уширенной частью,- -головкой шейкой и фиксатор большого вертела, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью надежного удержани  большого вертела и повышени  прочности сустава в уширенной части эндопротеза проксимального конца бедренной кости, в области перехода шейки в стержень выбрано отверстие с непр молинейной осью под фиксатор, головка которого выполнена фасонной с выступами по периферии , а тело - с суженным рабочим концом.
