Description
(54) ШАРНИРНОЕ СОЕДИНЕНИЕ
ством пружинных колец 3. Втулки 2 имеют выпуклосферическую наружную поверхность 4, взаимодействующую с внутренней поверхностью 5 Сепараторов 6, 7.
Сепараторы 6 и 7 снабжены взаимодействующими выступами 8 и 9. Внутренн (поверхность 10 выступа 8 выполнена вогнутосферической , а наружна поверхность 11 сепаратора 7 Выполнена выпуклосферической.
Шарнирное соединение содержит сепаратор 12, имеющий выступ 13 в виде цилиндрического отверсти , а выступ 14 другого сепаратора 15 выполнен сферообразным, вход щим в упом нутое отверстие.
Шарнирное соединение содержит выступы 16, выполненные в виде зубьев.
Шарнирное соединение содержит кольцо 17 с вьтуклосферической наружной поверхностью 18, смонтированное на выступе 19 сепаратора 20 посредством прул инного кольца 21. Кольцо 17 взаимодействует своей наружной поверхностью 18 с внутренней поверхностью 22 сепаратора 23, выполненной идентичной наружной поверхности 18.
Claims (5)
1. Шарнирное соединение, состо щее из последовательно Соединенных неразъемных синхронных шарниров, содержащих внутренние тела, заключенные в обоймах, и щарики, расположенные в пазах обоймы и внутреннего тела, и снабженные сепараторами, отличающеес тем, что, с целью повыщени эксплуатационных качеств, каждый из сепараторов снабжен выступом, обращенным в сторону другого сепаратора и взаимодействующим с ним.
2.Соединение по п. 1, отличающеес тем, что выступ одного сепаратора имеет цилиндрическое отверстие, а выступ другого выполнен сферообразным, вход щим в упом нутое отверстие.
3.Соединение по п. 1, отличающеес тем, что выступы выполнены в виде зубьев.
4.Соединение по п. 1, отличающеес тем, что оно снабжено кольцом с выпуклосферической наружной поверхностью, смонтированным на выступе одного из сепараторов посредством пружинного кольца и взаимодействующим своей наружной -поверхностью с внутренней поверхностью выступа другого сепаратора , выполненной идентичной наружной поверхности упом нутого кольца.
5.Соединение по п. 1, отличающеес тем, что внутренние тела двух соседних щарниров выполнены как одно целое и снабжены
втулками, смонтированными на внутреннем теле посредством пружинных колец и имеющими выпуклосферическую наружную поверхность , взаимодействующую с внутренней поверхностью сепаратора, при этом внутренн
поверхность одного из взаимодействующих выступов выполнена вогнутосферической, а наружна поверхность другого выступа - выпуклосферической.
