С-СН-СООСгНь где R имеет вышеуказанные значени . Гидрирование провод т с номощыо ZiAlH-t при пониженной температуре. Пример 1. Получение 3-(4-бромфенил)3- (3-пиридил)-1-(диметиламино)-пропана. 2,85 г 3-(4-бромфенил)-3-(3 -пиридил)-акриловой кислоты раствор ют в 700. мл эфира и охлаждают до -65° С и затем добавл ют 3,9 г ZiAlH. Спуст 2 час добавл ют 1,5 л воды, эфирную фазу сушат и унаривают. Остаток , 2,3 г желтоватой жидкости, примен ют непосредственно дл осуш,ествлени следующих ступеней. Смесь из 1,5 г желтоватой жидкости 3-(4бромфенил ) -3- (3 -пиридил) -пропанола-1, 25 мл пиридина и 2 г п-толуолсульфопилхлорида в течение суток выдерживают при -гЗ°С. Затем отфильтровывают образовавшийс гидрохлорид пиридина и добавл ют 50 мл диметиламина . Смесь в течение 18 час выдерживают при и затем ее упаривают. К остатку добавл ют 50 мл эфира, эфирную фазу экстрагируют 50 мл 2п. НС1 и затем подшелачивают 2п. МаОН. Основную водную фазу экстрагируют 50 мл эфира, эфирную фазу сушат, упаривают, причем получают 1,6 г сырого целевого продукта. Сырой продукт хроматографируют па ЗЮг-колоппе и согласно анализу в масс-спектрофотометре получают 0,8 г чистого продукта. Вешество представл ет собой бесцветное масло. Аналогично получают 3-(-3,4-дибромфенил )-3-(3 -пиридил)- 1- (диметиламино)-пропан . Предмет изобретени 1. Способ получени 3- 4-бром-(или 3,4ибром )-фенил -3-(3 -пиридил) - 1- (диметиламипо )-пропана Ш, СНСНгСНгТ С где пиридиновое дро св зано в метаполол ении со смежным атомом углерода, R - водород или бром; или его солей, отличающийс тем, что соединение формулы где R имеет вышеуказанные значени , подвергают взаимодействию с диметиламипом с последующим выделением целевого продукта в свободном виде или переведением его в соль известными приемами. 2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что процесс осуществл ют при температуре ниже комнатной температуры, например +3°С.
