Description

(54) СПОСОБ ТЕРМОМЕХАНИЧЕСКОЙ ОБРАБОТКИ ШТАМПОВ м  оно должно быть меньше времени, не обходимого дл  зарождени  процесса превращени  аустенита с нормальной структуро характерной дл  термомехашгческой обработки . Это врем  составл ет , например, дл  сталей 5ХНВ и ЗХ2В8 10-6О мин соответственно, его корректируют в зависимости от степени поврежденности аустенита . После окончани  вьщержки поковку вторично нагревают до температуры на 50-150ОС ниже ковочной. Такой нагрев не разупрочн ет аустенит с нормальной после деформации структурой, но образовавшуюс  феррито-ка;рбидную смесь во вре м  вьщержки превраш ает в аустенит. Благодар  превращени м Y и Y обеспечиваетс  залечивание поврежденной деформации части аустенвта. В некоторых случа х процесс охлаждени  осуществл ют мёстно по гравюре штампа, а последующий нагрев Ьбеспечиве ют путем естественного теплоотвода с тела штампа на гравюру.
