Это достигаетс тем, что предлагаемый состав содержит сульфитцеллюлозный экстракт в качестве модифицирующего средства при следующем соотношении компонентов, %: Сульфитцеллюлозный экстракт 30 Дициандиамидна смола70 Путем конденсации 1 моль дициандиамида, 4,1 моль формальдегида и 0,4 моль бисульфита в течение 12 час при температуре 98°С получают анионную дициандиамидную смолу, затем ее охлаждают до 60-70°С и смешивают с сульфнтцеллюлозным экстрактом. Раствор полученного продукта имеет рН 7-8.
