Description

Изобретение относитс  к целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности. Оно может примен тьс  при изготовлении и эксплуатации силовых кабелей и трансформаторов. Известна масса дл  изготовлени  стабили- 5 зированной изол ционной бумаги и картона, содержаща  сульфитную небеленую целлюлозу и ингибитор. Недостаток такой бумажной массы заключаетс  в том, что, изготовленные из нее бума- 10 га и картон не обеснечивают достаточную стабилизацию диэлектрических потерь. Целью насто щего изобретени   вл етс  расщиренне ассортимента ингибиторов, вводимых в массу способствующих стабилизации 15 диэлектрических потерь в процессе эксплуатации бумажпой изол ции в системе с минеральными нефт ными маслами. Это достигаетс  введением в сульфатную небеленую целлюлозу силикагел  в количе- 20 стве 0,5-5% от веса абсолютно сухого волокна . Использова И1е в качестве ингибитора снлнкагел  нозвол ет стабилизировать диэлектрические характеристики изол ционной бумаги 25 при искусственном старении ее в электроизол ционных нефт ных маслах, приведенные ниже в таблице. Таблица Образцы кабельной бумаги изготовл ют из сульфатной небеленой целлюлозы ЗИ-1 весом -100+2 г. Нанолнитель даетс  в начале 1 размола. Режим искусственного старени  заключаетс  в следующем.
