Известны способы изготовлени  огнезащищенных древесностружечных плит путем приготовлени  стружки, смешивани  со св зующим , содержащим добавки антипиренов, формовани  ковра с последующим гор чим прес .сованием.Methods are known for making fireproof chipboards by preparing chips, mixing with a binder, containing flame retardant additives, forming a carpet, followed by hot pressing.

Целью насто щего изобретени   вл етс  улучшение физико-механических показателей огнезащищенных плит с одновременной интенсификацией процесса прессовани  и упрощением технологического процесса.The aim of the present invention is to improve the physicomechanical characteristics of fire-protected plates with simultaneous intensification of the pressing process and simplification of the technological process.

Достигаетс  это тем, что на поверхность сформованного стружечного ковра нанос т 30-40%-ный раствор углекислого кали  в количестве 40-60 г абсолютно сухого вещества на 1 ж поверхности, после чего сформованный ковер подвергают прессованию при температуре 175-180° С.This is achieved by applying a 30-40% solution of potassium carbonate in an amount of 40-60 g of absolutely dry matter per 1 g of the surface onto the surface of the chipboard carpet, after which the molded carpet is pressed at a temperature of 175-180 ° C.
