Description

This invention relates to tools for preventing unscrewing of the locknuts by using a toothed crown nut for a spring latch in the end portion of the nut. In the proposed device, the latch is made in the form of a dog attached to the spring rod in order to achieve the possibility of screwing the locknut by throwing the dog at the same time on the other side of its axis of rotation due to the spring deflection.

The usual nut of the end part is provided with a socket in which the spring p is placed (Figs. 2, 3 and 4). The spring p is bent, with the formation in the middle of the ring holding the rod e (Fig. 2), on which the dog s is fixed (Fig. 5). The locknut is also provided in the end part with an annular ring gear, the teeth of which enter into engagement with the spring with a 1 n dog s, resting on

the bent end of the spring p, whereby the locknut will also be kept from unscrewing.

When unscrewing the lock nut, the latter produces pressure on the dog s and, due to the fastening of the dog on the spring p, moves it to the other side of its axis of rotation, without preventing further unscrewing of the lock nut.

The subject matter of the invention.

A device against self-unscrewing of a lock nut provided in the end part with an annular ring gear with a crown for a spring latch, characterized in that the latch is made in the form of a ratchet paw s with an axis of rotation fixed in the spring p of the nut installed in the end socket of the nut in order to achieve the possibility of screwing the lock nut the throwing of a pawl produced at the same time on the other side of its axis of rotation, due to the spring deflection of the spring p on the pawl of the rotatable counter-nut in the direction of screwing.
